According to the news from the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Hunan Province, recently, Xiangtou Energy signed an investment agreement with Hanshou County on the project of wind power point resource development rights, which is expected to develop a 500000 kilowatt wind power project in Hanshou County, with a total investment of about 4 billion yuan.
